Ensuring a Smooth and Fair Experience

At Bodytique, we are committed to providing you with exceptional service and a positive experience. To ensure that each client receives the utmost care and attention, we have established the following policies:

1. Deposits:

Your deposit secures your appointment slot and is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit can be utilized for purchases of our high-quality skincare products.

​

2. Cancellations:

To cancel an appointment, please send us an email at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Upon cancellation, you will receive a coupon code matching your deposit amount for product purchases. Please note that cancellations via text messages will not be acknowledged.

​

3. Rebookings:

Following a cancellation, you are responsible for rescheduling your appointment through our website. We regretfully cannot accommodate future appointments for clients who consecutively cancel twice.

​

4. Reschedules:

If you wish to reschedule, kindly email us your preferred available date and time from our website at least 48 hours before your originally scheduled appointment. We will transfer your deposit accordingly.

​

5. Late Arrivals:

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, a $10 fee will apply. Arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled time will result in the cancellation of your appointment.

6. Accountability:

We kindly request your punctuality and dedication to your appointments. While unforeseen circumstances can arise, honoring your scheduled appointments contributes to a smooth and effective service experience.

7. No Exceptions:

Our policies are in place to maintain a fair and consistent experience for all clients. Please understand that these policies apply to everyone without exception.
